How can I know the size of my Ring?

Many of our Rings are adjustable from size 5 to 9, so you won't have any problem. Those who do go by size, have a Size Guide in the product file itself. To access it, all you have to do is click on the “Size Guide”.

What material are the Jewels made of?

Most of our Jewelry is Sterling Silver with a Rhodium plating, We also have Brass Jewelry plated in Rhodium, Gold or Rose Gold 18kt and Stainless Steel.

Where do you ship to?

To all of Mexico and the United States to verify if we reach you, try to make the purchase and enter your address in the shipping section.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

  • ECONOMY SHIPPING $161.00 mxn: Approx. 5 days

If you place your order before 12:00, on a business day, your order will ship that same day. If you do it after that time, it will go out the next business day.

- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 or on the weekend will ship on Monday or the next business day if it is a holiday.

How can I know where my Jewel is during shipping?

You will have everything under control! When your order is ready you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the website of the courier company, from where you can follow your order at all times.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return or exchange my Jewel?

You have 10 calendar days for any change or return.

How do I make a return if I have bought online?

Send an email to ayuda@puntojoyeria.com with the following information:

  • Email title: "Return - your full name - order or ticket #"
  • Provide a contact phone number
  • Attach your proof of purchase
  • Describe the situation or what are the defects that you found in the accessory(s).
  • Attach photographs as evidence highlighting relevant details.


*Note: the email and its attachments should not exceed 10MB.

Once your application is received and inspected, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours. You will receive an email notifying you about the approval or rejection of your application. If necessary, they may request additional information from you.

You must send the damaged item to our address, once we receive the package we will schedule your refund.

THE COST OF THE SHIPPING FOR THE RETURN IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT.

What can I return?

Returns are applicable in:

  • Products that are not the correct size or are not what you expected
  • If the product does not meet the characteristics described.
  • If the product presents a damage or defect in its manufacture.
  • If you received the product, unpainted, damaged or broken (does not apply to damage due to misuse of the accessory).

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON REDUCED ITEMS.
